Standard shed floor $97 per square meter (extra for rock excavation)
Additional cost for;
- Ground slopes between 7% and 15%(max) = $15 per square meter of shed floor
-Material unloading and hauling to shed floor site = $50per hour when greater than 45 min
-Allowance for rock excavation = $50 per hour
-Extra time on project due to tree roots or interfering pipes or conduits = $50/ man hour

Rustic Shed floor Design Information
Rustic shed floors are constructed from H4 rated (in contact with soil) treated pine sleepers which are mainly 200mm x50mm in size. The floor frame is supported on concrete blob footings to at the 4 corners of the floor (and internally depending on floor size). Floor perimeter is either rebated or trenched to minimize water ingress into the shed internals.
